hmm. headache? eat more fish for natural source. if you seek for pill, try tylanol. i'm not sure whether its the correct spelling but you can figure that out at the pharmacy near you =)
i see. it's tylenol. but i m trying to avoid drugs here. hehe i just had benign and self-limiting headache. and bed rest works! lift up your leg a bit higher than your head, so that blood will circulate more in your head area.
anyway, thanks for your advice, the fish thingy sounds cool. i should try it next time.
